Ahhh. Push ittt. For your health.

Tonight, or should I say, this morning, at the gym, I had this moment on the machine where I was thinking, "ok.. 15 minutes is enough. You're good." Then this thought appeared. "You're doing this for life. It's not for the time. It's for your health. Stop counting the minutes and just feel it." I kept going.
Sometimes when thinking about wellness and fitness, we get caught up in the minutes and what it costs us or the appearance but this is for our lives. This body carries us and we have to maintain it. We have to let it play and move.

A strong thick booty is nice and you'll tone up but you know what's amazing? Lungs that can withstand pneumonias, colds & flus. A heart that is strong enough to carry you up and down stairs if you need to run. A heart that isn't failing or attacking. A healthy body helps your body survive attacks and moving is how you get this. We have to push our body and make it work in it's peak state to keep it going.
A strong & healthy body, immune system & mind help you thrive out here in this concrete jungle. They all go hand in hand. You have to be strong and resilient because life will test you. Work that stress out. Let that anxiety flow through you. Breathe it out.

Working out and moving is also amazing for your brain. Inflammation in the brain is helping people develop dementia and Alzheimers. Want to reduce your chances of dementia  and Alzheimer's ? Move and reduce your intake of animal fats. These also help to increase inflammation.
Having experienced Kidney failure last year, I want all of you to ask your doctor to check your creatinine levels atleast once a year. Ask them to do it if they've never done this. This will give you an idea of how well your kidneys are functioning. Foamy urine is a sign of kidney failure. If you see a single bubble, ask them to check your levels. I'll do a post about healthy creatinine levels at another time.

Sweet dreams & good morning.
Tamika
P.S. I am starting to see some ab development. I'm coming to all events with a belly top on. Don't ask any questions. :p Just playing. Maybe. Lol. Also, my blood pressure is looking amazing. How's yours? Check it regularly. 🤓💚🌟☺️👾🍃xoxo
